Submitting a Claim
Received a citation? Here's how to file your claim so TicketGuard can pay the fine.
Filing a claim is quick and easy. Log in to your account, complete the claim form, and upload photos of your ticket. Your claim will not be processed until both the front and back images of your citation have been received.
Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your TicketGuard subscriber account from your smartphone or computer to begin your claim.
Click Submit a Claim
Open the Submit a Claim form inside your account and complete the required citation details.
Upload Front & Back Photos
You must upload clear images of BOTH the front and back of your citation. Claims cannot be processed without both photos.
Submit Within 72 Hours
File your claim within 72 hours of receiving the citation. Once submitted, TicketGuard reviews and pays the fine on your behalf.
